Managed highly complex global BI programs, oversaw multiple cross-functional teams, led prioritization and resources allocation. Conducted program reviews with CIO and executive management: • Developed roadmaps and managed 3 large-scale programs for Engineering and Customer Service data marts. Worked with stakeholders on Use cases definition, BI solutions development and deployment, resulted in $0.5 million annual savings. • Successfully led Discovery for $6 million Sales and Marketing BI program, that revamped reporting and analytics for 2500 Sales analysts world-wide.
