Daily Duties at Commercial Concrete Systems, Inc:
• Responsible for the overall performance of the company projects, meeting all schedules and budgets. Implemented strong systems to efficiently run and control the operation in order to detect and resolve problems on time • Managed and oversaw estimating, contracts, scheduling, costing, budget, change orders, schedule of values, billing, mentoring, financial statements, project logistics, pay requests labor, material and equipment needs, submittals • Provided management level reports to CFO and owners • Worked closely with General Superintendent to assign Superintendents and crews as needed on the jobs. • Worked closely with Superintendents and Estimators to plan for resource needs and allocation to meet commitments and schedules • Provided input to Purchasing Department to select vendors • Implemented Best Practices and Productivity Standards across the company to determine Bonuses. • Selected and negotiated labor subcontracts. • Take off quantities for extremely complex projects. • Recruited, developed and retained employees
