Daily Duties at 3 Lox Llc:
• Oversee all companies in the portfolio using Key Performance Indicators and management level reports • Evaluate risk management and due diligence for investments • Review monthly and quarterly reports for portfolio companies • Review progress of services being designed. • Review annual financial, sales and operating plans. • Manage entitlement process and review all contracts. • Responsible for financial statements, developing client relationship, marketing, contracting, procurement and in general all aspects of the operation • Produced monthly, quarterly and annual financial, sales and operating plans. • Recruited, developed and retained employees.
