Developed and supervised teams implementing HSSE policies for agricultural field work for company farms and contract growers in Florida, Louisiana and Texas. Refined and implemented HSSE policies for cellulosic biochemical plants. Developed and implemented HSSE policies for transportation (company and contractors) of cellulosic materials. Developed and implemented HSSE policies for R&D efforts (agricultural field and demonstration plant) efforts.
