Daily Duties at Newell Rubbermaid:
charged with responsibilities to ensure facility, grounds and building were kept in a professional manner. Maintain and repair of all production equipment and utilities that service production equipment. Maintain and repair all automated distribution equipment inclusive of 70 piece powered industrial vehicle fleet. Maintain, setup,operate and repair of molds and other ancillary equipment for all injection machines.Responsible for inventory control, accuracy,and budget. Responsible to maintain and adjust CMMS software program to track equipment performance and reduce downtime and increase OEE. Budget control (8.5 MM annual)of labor, materials and contractor spend for all departments. 9 man facility group, 32 man maintenance group with 2 supervisors and one engineer, 96 techs in technical department with 4 supervisors.
