Daily Duties at Boeing:
Oversees the implementation of integrated facilities management at Boeing sites across the United States. Responsible for contract life cycle including researching, development, transition, and sustain stages of master service agreement execution; ensures compliance with agreed upon statements of work and project scopes. Partners with sites to identify facility service issues and develops solutions to rectify issues across all levels of the organization. Analyzes facility assets and equipment ensuring proper maintenance practices. Maintains internal relationships fostering open communication and continuous process improvements. Represented the East & Midwest regions on enterprise facility contract initiatives, identifying commodity categories for contracting opportunities. This resulted in one commodity contract for 24 sites with 18 different contracts and 14 different suppliers to one contract and a single supplier performing the service. Developed contract performance specifications and related documents for supplier service agreements. This resulted in a results-orientated contracting method that focused on the outputs, quality or outcomes and achieved specific, measurable performance standards. Established governance process to review supplier performance and resulting in a contract management approach which maintains the business plan alignment with supplier action plans.
