Responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the company in an assigned region in the Midwest Market • Promoted four times culminating with the distinction of Regional Director managing a team of 20 business development managers for the IL, MI, WI, and IA market. • Teaming with the Regional Vice President, implemented a new marketing agenda that resulted in four consecutive years of revenue growths. • Developed new marketing strategies for 5 of the different markets that we covered. • Developed corporate training model for all new business development hires. • Managed an aggregate portfolio in excess of $240 million Conforming/Non-Conforming and Commercial Loans, surpassing profit goals for 20 consecutive months. • Attended & participated nationwide trade shows marketing MLNUSA to build up cliental relationship • Evaluated market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to Business Development managers, corporate marketing and sales operations.
