• Reported directly to the COO, Co-Chairman, and CEO for the Bank • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals. All reports were ran through Cognos and Deluxe, that provided detailed and accurate forecasting • Oriented and trained new top-management team in product design; generated additional resources and accelerated project toward its design goal. • Developed and worked with Director of Marketing on new Marketing Campaigns, to establish successful support, channel and partner programs. Developed new products for the Bank.
