Daily Duties at Bt Global Services:
The Senior Project Manager is the first line of communication for the client. Responsible for setting the up the communication plan, working with the client to identify the requirements and engage the appropriate internal and external team members. Based on information gathered from the team the Project Manager identifies schedules, risks, costs, creates the budget and quotes the request. Once the quote is reviewed and approved the Project moves to implementation and the team executes on the plan ordering equipment, scheduling installations managing the progress and scope. Complete and close out the project.
