Daily Duties at Amazon Prime Now:

 Oversee all operations for Prime Now Richmond 1 hour and 2 hour fulfillment and delivery  Track and report KPI results; communicate results and strategies for continuous improvement at site and regional level  Guarantee fast fulfillment with SLA times as little as 10 minutes  Execute all logistics functions including dispatching orders and delivery tracking  Leverage a pool of independent contract drivers to meet extremely time sensitive delivery expectations while minimizing expense  Full ownership of integrating, streamlining, and standardizing new processes and product lines  Coordinate distribution from multiple facilities to customer’s doorstep in 2 hour delivery windows  Responsible for the overall safety, quality, process performance and customer experience from order generation to completed delivery  Design and build innovative solutions to operational barriers  Continually seek improvements to simplify processes and improve efficiency  Develop leaders and elevate performance to the next level
