Responsible for complete operation of the material logistics department within the TechOps Center in Atlanta Georgia's Hartsfield Airport. 24-7-365 operation that managed all inbound receipts of parts and materials as well and stocking, shipping/packing and transportation of materials to both internal and external customers and vendors all over the world. Budget, payroll, vendor selection, invoicing, Hazmat, OSHA compliance, employee training and executive reporting on key business metrics Management of 7 Direct Managers / 78 employees and 100 indirect employees.
