• Established ongoing auditing and monitoring process for key Real Estate data and created critical reports to detect ongoing compliance within EMEA. • Created and implemented an auditing tool that provides EMEA staff with a platform to review and correct inconsistencies. • Negotiated lease terms for offices in various countries throughout EMEA. • Reviewed and developed Memorandum of Understandings, Letters of Intent and Heads of Terms. • Prepared bidding documents such as Request for Proposals, reviewed final bids and interviewed potential bidders.
