• Led and coordinated the operational management and processes for EMEA in terms of controls, projects, training, people development, data management, communication and reporting requirements for over 50 countries. • Interacted with in-country business compliance, Internal Audit to ensure consensus is achieved and consistency in understanding Citi policies and procedures. • Reviewed and maintained policies, procedures and standards to be followed in CRS EMEA.
