• Led and coordinated audits on Legal, Human Resources and other infrastructure areas regionally and globally. • Planned, executed and coordinated logistics for onsite interviews; evaluated and documented the design and operational effectiveness of the control environment; performed walkthroughs of the critical processes; drafted planning memorandums, process flows, risk and control documents and audit reports. • Engaged key stakeholders as part of quarterly business monitoring and performed risk assessments of various infrastructure businesses such as legal and procurement. • Reviewed and analyzed documentation, such as policies and procedures. • Assessed the effectiveness of key processes such as Business Continuity and stakeholders’ self- assessment process.
