Daily Duties at Publix Supermarkets:
Promoted from cashier to front office staff after 3 months due to excellent customer service skills and consistent perfect till. Trained new cashiers and baggers. Provided customer service for front office. Monitored staff schedules and directed calls to correct departments. Assisted back office staff at end of the evening in counting down tills and double checking back office till and preparing bank deposits. Resigned due to inconsistent schedule.
