Daily Duties at Data Base Connection:

My performance areas included designing presentations for technical courses on the use of Blackberry® mobile devices and Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans and procedures, conducting numerous interviews with staff to create IT standard operating procedures (SOP) with flowchart diagrams, and managing and updating the content of existing Web pages to keep the client’s site updated.
