Daily Duties at E Global Tech:

I serve as a senior technical writer with the ability to review for Section 508 compliance and as a SharePoint content manager, informally supervising a subject matter expert on SharePoint 365. I ensure timely completion of professional, well-presented, and accurate project deliverables to a high standard. Such contributions led to an exceptional quality rating in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) score. I administer thorough quality control to meet stringent Section 508 compliance for all types of documentation, such as PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, HTML files, and multimedia modules, even including email messages. I review content of documents for client readiness and help manage change during the growth stage of the company. Recently, I wrote a white paper on ongoing authorization and subsequently worked on updating a cybersecurity wiki page (on NIST SP 800-53) due to my high level of knowledge. I provide section 508 training to the Electronic and Information Technology (E & IT) Accessibility Team and agency components. I am proud of having supported the award-winning CyberCARE team, which has 9,000 regular readers and has a reach of 120,000 people on the HHS Intranet.
