Daily Duties at Dentsply Tulsa Dental Products:

I was hired in 1995 as a sales representative in Seattle, WA. Grew business revenue with a new dental technology from zero to $4 million in annual sales by bringing on new users and training them to successfully use the products. Was Sales Representative of the Year in 1996 by growing business 200% over previous year and was promoted to the Eastern Regional Sales Manager role and opened up the eastern seaboard and Canada from 1997-1999. I hired over 20 salespeople and grew the business from zero to $40 million in sales resulting in the Area to be split into three entire regions. I was awarded Dentsply Regional Sales Manager of the year for growth at 60% over prior year and 50% the next year out of nine other divisions in 1997 and 1998. I was then promoted to Vice President of North American Sales in 2000 where I grew and managed the company to a $150 million dollar division at Dentsply .My key areas of responsiblity was managing two AVP's whom each had six Regional Sales Managers and a total of 120 salespeople, managing a $16 million dollar operating budget, developing key opinion leaders, developing a world class sales and surgeon training cirriculum and all the sales support operational functions.
