Oversaw a substantial family practice office 4 physicians, 3 nurse practitioners and 35 staff members. Responsibilities included billing and coding, pay roll, day to day interactions and monthly meetings with physicians to ensure efficient workflow within the practice. Ensuring that credentialing of the providers in the practice was current Facility annual revenue grew from $1.5 million to $2.1 million during my tenure.
