Managed three representatives and was responsible for the sales and development of southeastern financial loan division, that covered four statewide territories consisting of Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida •Promoted to territory director during first year •Established and managed 180 new accounts and received three major performance bonuses •Increased account sales three times expected growth, garnering 3% of market cap ($1.5 billion)
