Daily Duties at Lab Support: Kirkegaard & Perry Laboratories :
Gained experience in quality control of immunochemical products such as conjugated secondary antibodies and proflok diagnostic kits with microtitre plate and membrane ELISA, enzyme kinetics, protein quantitation, and functionality studies with histology slides. Used UV/visual spectrophotometer, ELISA reader, Fluoroskan, pH-meter and Autoclave. Gained familiarity with SOPs, QC paperwork and release of products after quality control. Worked with computer software packages, Invitro cal., Shimadzu, Microsoft Access and Fourth shift.
