Daily Duties at Sprint Sand & Clay:

Managed simultaneously 3 different locations comprising over 25 employees Also ran 2 special excavation projects, widening Braes Bayou near Houston Medical district, for Harris County Flood Control in 2016 Led the #1 producing job sites for 2015 & 2016 company wide out of over 25 active sites each year. Set company record for volume of material recorded over six month time period.  In 2016 from January through June  my team at the Schurmier location recorded over 600,000 yards of soil excavated, processed, loaded, and sent out. All 3 of my sites were in the top 5 producers for 2015 and top 6 for 2016 with the company having over 20 active sites both years Kept site compliance with county, city, and state regulations in regards to haul permits, mining guidelines, SWPPP, Air quality, etc. Direct customer contact and conducted customer project analysis for trouble shooting client issues or preventative measures Worked hand and hand with engineering labs to ensure soils were meeting lab specifications Hired, Directed, and coached  numerous employees from a bottom level position to a more advanced role. One of which began a manager in training program.
