Daily Duties at Tenet Health:

Lead the organizations in regulatory readiness for Joint Commission, CMS, State, CAP, etc. requirements. Collaboration with Leadership and direct care staff to evaluate each department and associated processes for compliance - to attain and maintain same (clinical and non-clinical). Review data and assist with identification of opportunities and assist in development of viable action plans. Re-evaluation of plans to validate facility's ability to maintain compliance. Provision of interpretation of regulatory requirement. minimize redundancy of processes, reducing waste. Expert with data analysis. Coach, teach & educate all levels of staff in requirements and any associated process change. Establish open collaborative communication with all levels of staff including the medical staff. Review/revise policies/procedures to include evidence-based foundation, best practice and to meet regulatory requirements. Support other team members as needed in their assigned facilities. Annual OPPE/FPPE reviews at hospitals as assigned
