Daily Duties at Verizon Communications:
- Strategic Plans (3 to 5 year outlook): Develop Strategic Plans for an assigned territory. Implement strategies to reduce size of portfolio, save on operating expenses and increase ROI. - Implementation Planning: Prepare scope of work, prepare budget outlook and manage. Conduct project meetings, Complete required correspondence, Work with in house team and outside contractors thru project completion. Interface with client to identify floor space needs, special equipment needs, electrical and HVAC requirements and ensure needs are met. Coordinate employee relocation's, site decommissioning and office closures. - Complete management assignments as directed. - Participate in user acceptance testing for development of new real estate systems.
