Deployed to this key client and tasked with reviewing current practices and enhance product offerings. Placed to roll out a successful composite performance reporting initiative. Liaised with Merrill’s legal/compliance department to review disclosures and SEC “no action” letter and reach compliance with Investment Advisers Act. Produced and modified a full range of critical financial documents per performance standards. • Ranked as subject matter expert with the $105B Personal Investment Advisory group on expanding the investment reporting function that facilitated sustainable growth. • Key participant in helping this client earn recognition as “Advisory Solutions Firm of the Year” in 2013 from the Money Management Institute. • Reviewed and developed various methodologies to scale the performance reporting program from 20 to 2,500 advisors; achieved industry best-in-class status for this methodology. • Conducted dispersion analysis to compare composite outliers against third-party composite outlier review for Merrill to always comply with FINRA Rule 2111 (Suitability) for over 5,000 discretionary accounts.
