Daily Duties at Microsoft:
Building our a supporting community of solutions for Microsoft Dynamics was key to the completion of the overall product strategy. I Managed a staff of 24 responsible for driving the Microsoft Dynamics product family as a platform for ISVs. Oversaw recruitment, account management, technical readiness, and marketing for more than 800 ISV organizations. Community of partners delivered in excess of $50M in direct revenue to Microsoft / Great Plains software. Recruited and built the ISV program from a base of 250 ISVs to more than 800 organizations in the course of three years. Grew partner satisfaction +10 points across the scope of engagement across managed and tele-managed partners.
