Daily Duties at Averion International (Acquired By Icon Plc):
As a member of the executive team, reporting to the President and Chairman of the Board, responsible for providing leadership in the development, communication, and execution of a human resources strategy in support of the global business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The role required an ability to build trust throughout the organization, balance the strategic and tactical and to implement sophisticated HR programs and initiatives. Responsible for all aspects of HR including talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, compensation, training and development, and succession planning.
