Daily Duties at Paradigm Precision:
Provided detailed supervision and administrative oversight through management of 25 employees; duties included scheduling activities to ensure daily operations. Responsible for shop floor, as well as, provision of all aspects of machining assistance and support. Performed management efforts, involving turning, milling and grinding applications.
