Provided overall project management support for a subsidiary of Booz/Allen/Hamilton providing project management and oversight services to the federal government; liaised between project/ construction teams and U.S. Air Force to ensure timely delivery and completion of $198M Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) project. Planned, directed and coordinated project activities. Facilitated project development teams, NEPA documentation, RFP solicitations, project proposal reviews, financial proforma reviews and selection process.
