Daily Duties at The Boeing Company:
Led team of three managers and ten direct employees of two business unit areas (Tactical ISR and Infrastructure Protection)at multiple locations in business and finance operations, including management of Contracts, Pricing, and FP&A. Developed monthly financial forecasting, e.g. orders, revenues earnings & cash, development of annual LRBP, contracting Terms and Conditions, and daily business operation decisions. Reported to VP of P&L segment with reporting responsibilities at President/CFO level. Support $900M in Government Contract Revenue; in 2010, provided financial documentation for two winning proposals with estimated values of $1B. Worked with Boeing Strategy on M&A activities; co-led financial M&A integration activities on ~ $800M acquisition. Coordinated, prepared, and presented Quarterly EAC’s; prepared/delivered multiple presentations to upper management. Developed, tracked, and controlled all Burden Rates.
