• Oversaw all financial accounting/reporting, auditing, strategic planning, statutory requirements, transfer pricing (USA, China, and Mexico), cost accounting, reporting KPI’s, 401k administration, and working capital strategy. • Provided financial oversight for a manufacturing facility in the USA, manufacturing trading companies in both the USA and Mexico, and a maquiladora in Mexico. • Established HCP’s manufacturing trading company in Mexico. • Oversaw the due-diligence process of a private equity acquisition for the North America Division. • Developed a debt-refinancing strategy between the North America Division and the group’s Cayman company. • Co-managed the implementation of Oracle (in process).
