Cost account and manufacturing manager responsible for U-2 avionic and electronic upgrades and modifications (engineering design changes). Interfaced and coordinated activities with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, suppliers, support organizations and customer communities. Directed organizations and subordinates to meet critical schedules and resolved technical/operational issues. Developed and managed budget, schedule, and performance standards. Functioned as cost account manager to assess earned value against work performed. Coordinated strategic planning activities and directed implementation of strategic plan. Prepared proposals, basis of estimates, and quotes for program requirements. Developed and presented briefings to senior management and customer representatives.
