Production Engineering Senior Manager accountable for site (Advanced Development Programs, C-5 Maintenance, Fabrication, F-22 Modifications, JSF, U-2 Depot and drop-in activities) organizations and responsibilities, which included: Continuous Improvement, Corrective Action, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Numerical Control Programming, Planning, Scheduling and Tool Design organizations. Reporting organization included approximately 100 employees (represented & non-represented), with three managers. Oversight included site capacity requirements, electronic work instructions/requirements planning, engineering design changes incorporation, manufacturing processes and systems, performance metrics, scheduling, as well as program logistics support, including customer equipment and inventory management. Responsibilities included fabrication/production build plans and schedules, staffing, manufacturing shop and capital assets, and facility requirements to support site activities. Analyzed data to determine process feasibility and minimize cost and schedule risk. Managed budget, schedule, and performance standards.
