Experienced in engineering and manufacturing hardware development from concept to full rate production. Working knowledge of both DOD and non-DOD customers with cost plus and firm fixed priced programs. Program management and project coordination skills with ability to work under schedule pressures and cost variables. Skills and training include program management, design-to-cost, Lean, affordability/producibility, as well as proposal development and strategic planning.
