Director of Operations responsible for daily factory operations to meet customer orders and performance objectives. Manage continuous improvement, facility, manufacturing, quality, purchasing and supply chain organizations to meet product deliveries, cost, quality, and safety objectives. Implement strategies to establish and perform to company metrics: cost, on-time deliveries (schedule), CapEx, ESH, facility, inventory management, labor, monthly/quarterly sale targets, overhead, quality, shop supplies, and SRR. Lead and manage factory and supplier capacity using integrated planning and forecasting tools. Develop and implement lean strategies to optimize factory output performance. Utilize business performance data to advise business leaders via specialized reports and monthly operations reviews.
