Responsible for the total operation of Bartlett Yancey High School. Supervised and evaluated all faculty and staff. Supervised and disciplined all students. Developed and implemented policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promoted the educational development of each student and the professional development of each staff member.
