Daily Duties at Guardian Angel Home Care:
Working as a contingent nurse where home visits are done. Complete initial assessments, then case managing those patients for whatever skilled nursing services are required until the end of their certification period or services are no longer needed, and then discharging them to services. Referrals to PT, OT, MSW and home health aid as needed.
