Daily Duties at Cooper Industries / Eaton:
In this role, I was responsible for the organic and acquired growth for two Cooper Industries divisions (Cooper Lighting and Cooper Wiring Devices), with combined sales of $1.3B. Specifically, I was responsible for the annual strategic plan for each of the divisions as well as their acquisition activities - from deal origination through acquisition integration including all aspects such as negotiations, valuation modelling, due diligence leadership, and executive presentations regarding potential deals.
