Daily Duties at Carecentrix:

LPN Clinical Manager Wound Care Team/ Clinical Review Responsibilities include, patient histories, insurance coding, billing, reauthorizing skilled nursing visits and all ancillary care for wound care patients. Managing the wounds of patients and the treatments, reviews intake referrals, identifies appropriate utilization of services, ensures that the services provided comply with payer authorizations, determines if payer authorization or utilization guidelines for diagnosis are present, compares contract authorizations, works collaboratively with provider relations and the provider network to achieve desired goals. As a triage nurse responding to health-related questions over the telephone. I evaluate the regular growth rate of the illness along with the age of the telephone patient, listen to patient feedback about pain, fear, anxiety and how much they understand about the condition they are suffering from. Provide patient professional consultations, education, and advice, and other applications.
