● Successfully managing the build, implementation, configuration and support in order to facilitate a successful, streamline process and delivery during the merge. Maintained committed dates, milestones and deliverables to ensure delivery of project on time. ● Provided build to combine two LifePoint facilities database into one database. Built two (2) complete Laboratory files so printing and billing will work for both facilities. ● Work with the business teams to document all business processes, requirements, flows and diagrams. ● Developed strong relationships with customers/ facility team to create a business relationship to develop, document, and educate team members on new business processes and supporting policies and procedures. ● Helped create LAB and RAD results with interpretations for EDIS ● Helped maximize patient flow and operational efficiency between LAB, RAD and EDIS ● Collaborated with the Corporate Operations / Compliance Team and facility team members to build an organization toward goals related to Meaningful Use, CPOE, and LOINC standardizing order codes, result codes, charge masters and building order sets for CPOE functions ● Created Laboratory LOINC codes to assist in electronic exchange and gathering of clinical results from different reporting systems.
