Daily Duties at Zanstra Sat, Llc:

Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes which include strategic planning, capital expenditure budgets, Financial Planning and Analysis(FPA) developing template, analyzing operation issues, key accounts, KPI’s, identifying unusual transactions, following-up and reviewing with management, and ensuring accuracy of budget submission to the corporate accounting system- SAP, Oracle . Prepare the monthly short-term liquidity forecasts, including cash flow projects for the entities in both North America, and International operations, and the annual cash forecast for corporate. Manage the monthly reporting and submission process of operating units to the corporate headquarters which includes the review of account reconciliations and journal entries ensuring compliance to GAAP, IFRS & Corporate and local policies Establish policies and procedures for vendors and resellers to comply with U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. (FCPA). Lead the preparation and consolidation of the quarterly analytics and/ or reporting pack for the US to be submitted to Corporate and auditors. Prepare and delivery of the monthly Management Reporting Package that is presented to the CEO and Vice President /Department Heads. Participate in special projects as needed (business integration, system implementations, global harmonization and standardization, working capital improvement initiatives, SOX compliance, other process improvements) Support in the development of policies & procedures, evaluate internal controls and ensure SOX compliance Support internal and external audits by providing audit schedules, support and responding to inquiries Perform technical accounting research as needed (US GAAP , IFRS: International Financial Reporting Standards, and the Company’s financial policies) Managed a $175M product budget and professional staff of 42, accounting, credit, IT and treasury operations, and a international sales and business development 61.
