Responsibility: • New Production Line Planning, Setup and Verification for New Generation Starter • Continuous Improvement (CI) to Achieve Lean for Current Production Lines while Maintaining Daily Production − Identified CI projects with past production performance & input from cross function team meetings. − Feasibility study to identify the benefits, expense, support of the project. − Made project plan and get management approved − Executed the projects according to plan and verify and report the results. • Daily Support to Maintain Production Volume and Schedule on Target • Facilitator of Lean and ‘Globe Technology Adoption Concept’ Activities – GTAC (2008-2009) • QA Internal Auditor: Participated in Annual Internal QA Audit Activities (2007-2012)
