Daily Duties at Johnson Controls, Inc:

Centralized Global Engineering Services & Technology role supporting 5 product organizations globally within the Building Efficiency Division. Held complete responsibility for team of 30 through 8 direct reports across the Heat Transfer Center of Excellence, Materials Center of Excellence, Product Safety, Global Regulatory Compliance, Product Life Cycle Management (PLM), and Global Test Facility Design departments. Given additional responsibility to build and manage the Global Project Management Organization (PMO) in November 2014.
