 Provided support to the CEO & Partners of the business  Onboarding of new employees  Event planning  Accurately completed travel arrangements, hotel accommodations and car services  Processed payroll, account receivables and payables (including reconciling)  Liaised with the property management for maintenance needs of the office  Oversaw all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles supported by our external CPAs both domestically and globally  Partnered with internal staff to improve systems and processes for operational and financial efficiencies  Supported managing directors with processing internal actions such as expense forms, reimbursement of vendors, database management, data entry, report creation  Assessed vendor relationship and made recommendations and determinations on how to improve and save money in those relationships
