Responsible for overseeing the estimating and planning of projects, turnarounds, daily maintenance work, locating vendors, purchasing materials, and estimating maintenance and capital projects. Prepared estimates, reviewed scope of work, and coordinated total estimating efforts related to particular bids or projects with management. Additionally responsible for maintaining working document files as back-ups for estimate figures, job closeout and company historical files. Maintained and coordinated all project, turnaround and emergency boiler work requiring code documentation, R stamp repairs and authorized inspector inspections.
