Developed the business plan and procured approvals for a $25 million investment to establish a new Enterprise Hosting Center for Siemens in the Silicon Valley Directed the design, construction and implementation of the Siemens Silicon Valley Data Center in Newark, CA. Directly responsible for the P&L, operation, technical, business management and pre-sales of the Siemens Silicon Valley Data Center Successfully migrated customer infrastructures and operations to the new data center with minimal to no business disruption while in constant communication with the Clients through phased approaches Recruited and built the management, technical and operations staff Sponsored and directed the efforts to certify the Data Center for SAS 70, Sarbanes Oxley, ISO, SAP Hosting and Microsoft Ensured management and technical staff adhered to adopted ITIL standards and sponsored deployment of Six Sigma projects within data center activities
