Daily Duties at Sladoje Consulting:
Gaining respect and confidence from major entities that I had the ability to solve a significant problem within the enterprise. Examine the nature and depth of the issue. Develop a working plan which usually required extensive interviews with employees and sometimes outside vendors and auditors, review the documentation which exists, and proceed to analyze and produce solutions. Generally a draft report is provide to appropriate management and the report must be of a quality to withstand challenges and questions. .
