Promoted multiple times to ultimately manage all operational and financial aspects of a large call center; staff, blending deep insight with workforce planning, training, comprehensive multi-channel support and advanced technologies to deliver memorable, positive experiences at every step of the customer journey. Managed 9 key accounts (predominantly health insurance) with a combined 16 lines of business, exceeding 300+ employees at peak staffing.
