Daily Duties at Integer Holdings Corp.:
Originally hired as the Continuous Improvement Engineer for 135,000 sq.ft. manufacturing campus, quickly promoted to Operations Manager to lead one facility with 160+ Associates, CNC machining, Laser and Molding Assembly processes. Managed six reports for Production and Manufacturing Engineering leadership, and four dotted line reports for Quality Engineering and Supply Chain supporting operations to meet Customer demands. Responsible for site KPI's in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory. Served as Interim DoO for four months.
