Daily Duties at Bright View:
Developed and grew national clients in each major customer category segment; maintained accountability for national brand management and strategic and tactical marketing programs to ensure achievement of revenue goals. • Led the Executive Sponsorship for five national clients representing over $22M in annual recurring revenue and representing integrated facilities management, senior living, GPO’s, hospitality and property management. • Collaborated with other Senior Operations Executives to develop market specific strategies for growth and retention. • Identified key national client opportunities within market segments and facilitated revenue and profitability goals. • Conducted Quarterly Business Reviews (internal & external) to showcase the success of growth program initiatives and client retention gains. • Led national brand management, promotions, and strategic and tactical customer specific marketing programs to ensure achievement of revenue goals. • Developed national client action plans detailing organization to enable full understanding of decision-making mapping, C-Level down to the local Market Managers
